Jason Jeffery, the Managing Director of Apec Groundworks Ltd founded APEC in 2015 with his friend and colleague Mike Chapman after many years working in the construction industry. Starting out way back as a trainee, working his way through to foreman, then spending time as a contractor, Jason had seen most of the ins and outs of the industry.

He knew he had the experience and the drive to make a difference with his own business, so APEC was born. Since then, due to a proactive approach, a focus on safety, and a willingness to go above and beyond for the client, APEC have grown into a progressive company providing services to a wide range of clients.

From our base close to Norwich we carry out construction, groundworks, and small to medium scale civil engineering in Norwich .

We are qualified to work on highways, perform deep excavations to any level required, and install sewer connections and underground water installations (we are an Anglian Water approved contractor and part of their A Plus scheme), and we can provide the relevant certification upon completion.
